Delivery & Returns

• Orders are dispatched the next working day. 
• UK delivery takes 2 to 4 working days via Royal Mail. 
• Tracking details are provided once your order has been shipped. 

 

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery. 
• Items must be unused, unworn and with the protective film fully intact.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the protective film has been removed or the product has been tried on.
• Before removing the protective film, please ensure you have selected the correct size and shade. 
• To request a return, please email hello@nuumm.com with your order number.
