How do I apply them?

  1. Clean: Skin must be dry, free of lotion or oil.

  2. Warm: Hold in your palms.

  3. Place: Center and press gently from middle outward.

  4. Smooth: Release air bubbles and check the edges.

How do I care for them?

Wash after each wear with mild soap and water. Air dry fully before storing in your NUUMM pouch.

How long do they last?

With proper care, each pair can be reused many times. Better for you, better for the planet.
